Working with schools to offer a smooth and transparent claims service and aims to offer practical solutions to help minimise any further loss or damage.

The Mutual will provide a full claims service for Members from the first notification of a loss through to settlement.

The Directors will have the ability to rule on contentious claims or claims otherwise referred for their consideration and will be advised by the Managers in these circumstances.
